Communication is a nightmare here, even the simplest requests for it. They do not listen to what the parents are telling them, they were not putting cream on my sons bottom when it was red, they said they did but he came home with a dry diaper and a very red bottom asking for cream on his butt. This headstart doesn't post pictures or updates really, they still called me at work even though I had a neeting and several conversations to call his father first. The school gave me the run around on protective gear that I bought and asked them to use on my son because he was coming home with very bad skin scrapes/tears/bruises. I do not recommend this school for your child, look elsewhere.
