Other than Ms. Donna (who deserves her own room after over a decade) and Ms. Nicole.. this place is a toddler trap house. No wonder kids get hurt constantly (some needing surgery). Kids running wild, teachers just let them. Teachers put diapers on 4 year olds continually, not even for accidents. Every supervisor blames someone else. EVERY SUPERVISOR lies. Examples can be proven in multiple ways. They REFUSE to put updates for the kids days, on the app. (Even when asked to update multiple times) but best believe, when it’s “State time” they want every parent in the office to address their lacking of proper care. (Via text, “parents it’s state time, please make sure to stop in office) I can honestly say, 100% that I would NEVER recommend. The meadowlands location is a bit better, however.. my child was forced to switch to Washington because he wasn’t fully potty trained at 3 (was trained 2 months later) and the teachers there “didn’t want to deal with it” as I was TOLD. And just putting this out there, (because we all know a Karen) my child doesn’t receive assistance, and had a cash paid tuition. What a joke. Lives of the future.. just tossed and neglected.
The teachers and services they provide are all top notch. Smart Kids provides a great value for what they do.
I've been very satisfied with the services that SmartKids offers and I would recommend them to my friends and family.
The infant room teacher is so wonderful and caring toward all of their babies.
