The WORST after school Kidcare program available in all of Polk County. The staff consistently has horrible attitudes towards the parents, They’re never in agreements with a consistent weekly amount to be paid for their services it changes regularly because none of them communicate well enough with each other. And then they will tell you that it’s the wrong amount. Your child can’t attend until the right amount is paid. Sometimes they prorate you a lesser amount for the week if the Children are out of school for any particular days during the week for holidays, teacher workday, etc. And then the next time they won’t accept a proration. They will tell you something to your face and then tell you they never said it. Altogether, the staff is horrible, and I wish they would also encourage students to start their homework. My daughter has been bullied under their care, and nothing has been done about it. It is such a stressful program and it’s really unfortunate. And don’t try to call the primary office they never answer.
