As i first time mom, it is really hard for me to leave my baby. (Anywhere). However, Logans daycare has made the transition back to work so easy and reassuring. Every time i drop off and/or pick up my baby she is happy with the daycare teachers. I love the pictures and updates i get through the app. I also love how the staff stay on top of everything when it comes to the babies. The staff and the director, are really supportive and friendly. I don’t think i could ask for a better daycare environment and staff. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.
Love this facility. My daughter has been at Logan’s for about a year and a half and she has progressed a lot with her speech and playing with other children. The staff are always so sweet and make me feel comfortable with any questions or concerns that I have. I feel like they genuinely care about the kids here and my daughter has grown to love her teachers and the daycare staff!
When I first met the owner she told me their goal was to get children to a place of loving to come into daycare. I didn’t believe it would happen for us at the time but my 2 year old lovessss coming to school and running to his class! The staff and teachers go above and beyond, love my baby, and have always had great communication. We love you guys❤️
This was the very first daycare my son went to he was there from five months to a year old. During that time he had the worst " diaper rash " I ever saw the skin was completely gone from his butt as if someone had rubbed him really hard and raw after letting him sit in the diaper too long. Almost everyday there was something. They lost his clothes constantly, had no real organization going on. There was a time the sent him out to me with another child's pacifier in his mouth. Another time on two separate occasions he's sent down the hall with no one with him. They do not keep up with anything. Not even the kids names they put a sticker on the back of his shirt to identify which kid was which because they didn't care enough to learn his name. I once sat for 30 mins while they tried to locate an entire case of diapers they lost. He never had the same teacher after he left his first classroom. Every kid is crying or throwing fits when they're being dropped off. They don't let you pass the front hallway to go into the classrooms. They brought him to me soaking wet one day and after changing him I asked for his jacket and they couldn't find it. Finally they said I could come back to help identify his jacket and help find it. When I walked in the classroom it literally wreaked of urine as if they never wiped the beds off after accidents. There were crumbs all on the floor mind you every one was at the front door waiting to clock out so this was not mid day this was end of shift when you clean up then leave. My last straw was constantly complaining about him being sent home with his diaper all jacked up. I sent him with 360 cruisers that go on like regular underwear and come off like a regular diaper but whoever it was kept pulling the diaper apart and sticking it on however. Even after I explained multiple times they go on like regular underwear. One time they gave me a slip about an incident that happened where another child bit and scratched my son and they didn't write up the report until 5 days later. Being a first time mom already scared to have to put him in daycare and then this being the experience ... if I could give a negative I would. They smile politely as if they care but when they send you pics you can tell they are not happy there. His new daycare you can literally see and feel the difference in everything. You can walk back to the classrooms they actually put stuff in the assigned cubbies so nothing is ever missing and they actually care. This Logan's treehouse mainly has children working there. When they would send projects and stuff wrong they would misspell simple words like " down ". If you care about your child's well being and happiness PLEASE do not send your child here. It started off good but then went down hill very fast. The kids who have been there the longest are the kids of the people who work there. The only good teachers they had left after his first classroom. So many kids were leaving around the time I took my son out that they were asking for REFERRALS because everyone was leaving. There no waitlist for a reason. Oh and one of the last days I picked him up Ann the round black haired lady at the front was at the front of the hallway I heard his teacher put him down to walk up I hear him walkin up and as soon as she turned around and faced him he TOOK OFF in the other direction screaming crying !! Her demeanor says a lot which is why the kids cry when they first come in.
Absolutely wonderful experience!!! The staff are wonderful, supportive, and responsive. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for safe care for your child.
