Since my son has started Smart Start Academy at a different location(Smart Start Academy-West) his growth and development has changed (poorly). The structure here is awesome , but the staff are not as welcoming, friendly, and fails with their communication skills compare to Smart Start Academy up cedar-brook(Wadsworth). Overall, Smart Start Academy is a good childcare center in general in despite these few areas that needs improvement I would recommend anyone to Smart Start Academy.
Terrible daycare/pre school I regret sending my little girl here everyday. My 4 year old child at the time told me that she was being bullied every day and that the workers were yelling at her. One teacher scared my daughter so bad that she peed on herself in class that day! Also the very last time I came to pick my child up from school before taking her out of the school permanently I had to call police to make a POLICE REPORT. I thought that my daughter was kidnapped because I had been knocking on the door and calling the school and owner’s phone for nearly 2 hours and no one came to the door. When they finally did I was told that they were in “back” and did not hear me calling or knocking for TWO HOURS!!!! SCARIEST DAY OF MY LIFE‼️They leave the children unattended as well as the front desk and do not love or care about those babies. The owner just wants a check, so sad and pathetic!!!!!
My son has truly enjoyed his experience at Smart Start! Since September, I've noticed how confident he has become. My wife and I are truly appreciative of the care he is receiving.
Not bad, the staff are very friendly, the are very filxbal with time, and most of the kid are wonderfully smart and play with each other with low kay voices. Smart Start Academy is a good place for low incomes people.
My son was here for a brief period before we moved but I appreciated the staff and teachers for everything they did for him. He was well attended to, they always briefed me on his progress and took care of him.
