Smart from the start is the best school in the area. They support and love the kids so much it makes me as a parent happy. My baby teacher Ms.Kayla she been with my baby for a long time and my baby adores her. Ms.Kayla update me with everything. We are very big on homework and she recorded my baby so I can see the progress throughout the day. Very loving very sweet and gentle. We also appreciate Ms.Dale and Ms L. My youngest just turned two and we are almost at the stage of being fully potty trained and I’m very excited. We appreciate the staff as a whole. Love from our family ❤️

Since one of the directors Julissa left the daycare has hired a lot of new “teachers”. They terminated my two year old son with autism because he did not know how to blow his nose when he was going through seasonal weather changes. Things also changed when my son was actually diagnosed they started to suggest different schools. But with autism ABA therapies continue to go to the daycare so there was no need to advise a mother to another school. My son is at home with structure and never once had injuries not even rough house playing. But at this daycare my son had 2 busted lips and a black eye. Also did not give me a 2 week grace period for termination just packed up his stuff and kicked him out the next day. I paid for the month on February 3rd 2026 and he was kicked out February 11th with no refund or no service. They just aren’t equipped with the patience and care to handle kids with developmental or speech delays.

Ms. Katrina (the director), Ms. Oshanna (the assistant director), and the entire staff go above and beyond to create a safe, loving, and enriching environment for every child in their care. One of the biggest blessings as a parent is knowing that your child is happy and in good hands while you're at work or handling responsibilities. At Smart from the Start, I never have to worry. My son absolutely loves it here, and I see the same joy in so many other kids. In fact, they have so much fun they don’t even want to leave—and that says a lot! My daughter has attended Smart from the start since she was an infant. She is now in the first grade and in the afterschool program where transportation drop her off to school and pick her up so she can enjoy special enrichment’s such as yoga, music and more. Summer camp is great because my daughter was able to attend field trips and engage in indoor and outdoor activities since I couldn’t have time off to do with starting my new job. I recommend Smart from the start to all my friends and family. The Director is so helpful with resources for my family as well. They even gave the whole school free coats last winter.

The staff truly loves my babies beyond what I’d normally expect from a daycare. Ms Michelle Ms Laina Ms Julissa Ms Katrina and Ms O love my babies like they gave birth to them. From the I miss them messages when the daycare is closed for the weekend to checking on them if they’ve missed a day or Two just to make sure they are ok. I truly appreciate y’all for keeping my mind at ease while I’m away. It’s never really easy to leave your babies but here I know they are well taken care of and they are receiving an abundance of love….. so thank you thank you thank you it means so much to me.
