I absolutely love this preschool! I’ve had all three of my children here for almost a year now, and I’ve never had any problems. My daughter is learning to potty train and is doing just fine with the help and patience of her teachers. The staff are very nice, outspoken, and genuinely caring. I really appreciate the fun trips they take and the amazing activities they plan during the summertime — my kids always come home excited and happy. The director is a very kind lady who truly cares about each and every child. She always shares specific details about my child’s day and the physical activities that make her who she is, which shows how attentive and dedicated she is. The daycare is structured, organized, and very convenient for me as a parent. They’re also understanding and sympathetic when working with families. I’m truly grateful for this daycare and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and engaging environment for their children.

Staircase unsafe for children, Unorganized, has a lil unpleasant smell in there. My child was there for only 3 months. Director seem alil off. She said something bout my son I didn’t like. Employees alway seem confused. Don’t like the fact kids still be sleep most of the time when coming to pick them up. Also I believe that hit kids in there because my son came home one day and was hitting his hand like someone pop him he never did that before. Y’all alway use them backstair regardless of weather. I should have reported yall.

We are loving Smart Beginnings Early Learning Center! Our son has made such developmental leaps and strides since he’s started there (about a month ago). He enjoys going there very much, he talks about his teachers and friends all the time. Shout out to Ms. A and Ms. B. The teachers and other staff are great. They’ve been welcoming and patient throughout the process. I totally recommend this academy for your little ones.
