My daughter has gone to SWLC to 2 years now and LOVES it. The teachers/staff are great and my daughter loves everybody. The summer program has been fun, and the field trips are age appropriate. They even have great on-cite field trips that include the younger age groups as well! There will definitely be tears to say goodbye as she heads to Kindergarten.
We absolutely love Small World Learning Center in Woodbury! From the moment we enrolled our daughters, we could feel the difference. The director is truly passionate about what she does. We often see her in the classrooms, engaging with the teachers and getting down on the kids’ level to play, comfort, and guide them. The teachers are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. What really sets this place apart is the thoughtful and stimulating environment they create, even for the youngest toddlers. Every day, our girls come home having learned something new or having experienced an activity that sparks their imagination. It never feels like we’re just dropping them off to be “watched.” There’s a real structure, a purpose, and a genuine love for the children that shines through in everything they do. Most importantly, we feel our kids are safe, supported, and truly cared for. We couldn’t ask for a better daycare.
As a first time parent, sending my infant to daycare seemed like such a stressful and daunting experience. My son has been going since June and he has a blast! He’s done many age appropriate activities and I feel like he’s learning new skills everyday. Every teacher he’s interacted with (plus owner & manager) know him by name and greet him with a big smile and hug when they see him. The portal provides peace of mind while I’m at work with pictures and constant updates, plus 2 way communication messaging. I trust the staff and appreciate their communication. I would definitely recommend!
We've been with Small World over three years now and just recently started our second daughter here. Lovely people, you can tell the teachers really enjoy the kids. Love their summer program with so many fun activities! And when there's an issue, you can find management to talk to and they address the issue. They are also really flexible and understand each kid is different and unique!
We've been taking our infant to Small World since August. Baby loves it and we love it! Everyone is so nice and chill. They take really good care of our little one. Baby loves seeing the teachers and playing with the other kids. The facility is clean and (so far) we haven't had any major issues with major daycare diseases. They feed the kids well and do fun things every day, even for the littlest ones.
