I went here for the older kids building back in first grade. I still very much remember how rude the staff was. They let a boy and a girl bully me constantly and never told them to stop. They even let a boy that was two grade above me GO INTO THE BATHROOM when I was using it. The staff even were very rude to my 3-4 year old sister at the time. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DAYCARE BY ANY MEANS!!!!!!!!!!

I had my son here around age 3 and we absolutely loved his teacher, when I had my second son we also used this daycare and had him in the infant/baby room. That experience was beyond horrific. I watched him lay in the same place I put him at drop off for HOURS before being even checked on. This was happening so frequently and caused extreme diaper rash . Finally the last straw was again a day I bring my son and place him in a swing where he sat for hours without diaper change or being held/picked up at all, I called my husband in tears and he left work and picked up both kids and we never returned. He was also hospitalized with RSV which was consistently spread around the center from child to child. After all of this , they had the audacity to call and try and have me pay for 2 weeks for both kids because I removed them “without notice” but couldn’t say anything for the despicable behaviors and treatment of the children. Go anywhere else but here that is my opinion

This is a terrible daycare. The teacher for infant, and toddler classes are horrible. They roughly handle all the babies and just act like nothing has happened. Yes, the facility has cameras. I was on the camera watching them like a hawk and that's how I found out how they treat all the kids there. It's scary they do that even when they know there is a camera watching them. The manager and front desk are also very unprofessional and extremely rude, especially Victoria. The owner is barely there, so she has no clue what is going on in her center anymore, and she just let all the people work there ruining the reputation of the center. The only good teacher that we has was Mrs Madison. But too bad she is in school now and she doesn't work there as much anymore. If you care about your child safety, this is not a place to take them.

Be careful with this place. My experience was in 2017 but from what I’ve heard things have not changed. My son had to get a CT scan after he was shaken. He was 3 months old! I was lucky enough to catch it on camera. After the lady did it she took him off camera for a while so unsure of what went on during that time. I called immediately and the lady that runs the daycare told me she would hold my baby until we arrived. I was told the lady would be sent to sensitivity training and not placed back with babies. My son never went back and we did report them.

I’ve read reviews on other sites on how rude the front desk was. But I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. I walked in with my son and fiancé and literally no hello no greeting just standing there for 5 mins while the director was talking and talking instead of greeting new potential customers. She wasn’t friendly at all, when she asked when we needed care she quickly said they were booked up until February 2019. I’ve worked in child care for 5 years and I know how the moving up process works. She didn’t Mention a waiting list, she didn’t ask how old my son was, she wasn’t very informative either, just nothing. It was clear she didn’t want us there. To be COMPLETELY HONEST just from walking in the daycare looks dirty and not well kept as presented on the website. I wouldn’t recommend this hole in the wall to any parent. I’m al about customer service and she seemed to not like her job at all.
