Small World Child Care INC

My infant son goes here and my daughter did too a few years ago and we love it. Mrs Beth and the staff are so sweet and always take the time to tell me about my sons day which I really appreciate. He has fun and is hitting all his milestones. I get pictures when he is doing fun projects and updated on any incidents. They are an absolute blessing ♥️

My daughter has been attending since 8 weeks old (she is now 2) and even though we have since moved- I still make the trip to Small World every morning because of the amazing teachers, their fantastic administrator and the one on one attention that she receives. She is excited to go to school, loves her classmates and I know that she is in good hands. I trust them and know without a shadow of a doubt that she is safe, healthy and happy while she is there. I’m beyond thankful for the team at Small World and recommend it to anyone who is considering enrolling their child here.

My nephew has been to this daycare for less than a year & he’s been sent home every other week with the only explanation being “diarrhea” even on days where he wouldn’t poop at all or he’d be sleeping when my sister would come get him. Just the other day I received a phone call from my sister stating that MRS. BETH had SMACKED my nephew directly in the mouth for “biting”. He’s 1 years old. She could’ve taken him away from other kids and put him in time out in his own space but decided to smack him in the mouth. Don’t send y’alls kids here, because in all honesty it wasn’t even told to my sister directly, it was through the grapevine until the big boss found out and called her. So who knows how many kids she’s put her hands on or how many times my nephew’s been smacked in the mouth. We’re gonna handle it tho :)

It’s not for me personally, but it’s great for somebody that has a couple kids that need a good day daycare . They have plenty of supervision and they take babies and kids all ages and they’re very nice. They have a playground they can play on weather permitting. and do activities with the kids outside weather permitting.

I don't write many reviews, even for the bad things. But this daycare is worth writing about. Far from bad, at this daycare center I found caring, compassionate and down to earth people who were very easy to talk to. It isn't always easy for me to be satisfied with something even something I pay a lot for, I have high expectations and it's all too easy for those expectations to not be met. I was never disappointed here. I brought my 2 daughters, age 6 years and 2 months. They both loved it! I liked that they had formula there for the babies and were compatible with title 20. Now that I'm off assistance I would still bring them back if I work in Columbus again! From the first visit you can just tell these ladies care about the kids. They also take the older kids outside to play a lot, which is great what with all the screen time they get at home. They might not have all the fancy gadgets that some of the daycare had that I interviewed before finding this one but it's a great small community type atmosphere that can be lacking from those high tech- high cost daycares. Stop by and check them out, I'm sure you'll meet another mom who is just add happy with them aso I am. 😊
