They never close, hours are very practical. Anytime I message the owner she is very prompt with responses. She even brings the kids out for ice cream from time to time. My kids absolutely love it there & that is what is most important.
I’ve inquired about childcare from this facility for 3 months now. I have placed probably 15 calls (with voicemails being left) and 1 email. The phone was only answered one time (2 months ago) and I was told they would put my info on the manager’s desk. I have never received a call back or any form of response. I hope parents of enrolled kids have an alternative method of reaching them. Maybe they’re full & have no spots open, but a call back would be a professional response at least.
Owner is great and Kids are all happy! Very trustworthy people. I strongly recommend Small Wonders daycare!
