I think the care was good, but when I sent my 2yo there, she quickly figured out that if she hit kids, they would call me to come pick her up. She even told them that she was hitting kids "so Mama pick me up," but they kept calling me earlier and earlier in the day to pick her up. Instead of effectively addressing what is a common toddler behavior, they continued to interrupt my work day--and I still had to pay for the days when she was sent home early. We switched day cares pretty quickly, and she did fine at the next day care.
They have lied on here saying they have “cameras” at their new place. No they don’t! They lost my child in there when I was picking him up and I had to go look for them cause they didn’t care where he went to, they kicked him out because he’s two and has pitched fits and told me I need to take him home and sit down one on one and figure out how to keep his hands to himself when everytime I get a phone call to come get him is because he’s literally pitching fits and turn around and say he’s hurting other kids? I wanna see proof but they can’t cause there is NO cameras!
Small wonders doesn't have cameras and if your child gets hurt they don't have a clue how it happened they can't look back and see what other child did it and they can't contact the child who's doing g it's parents. If you post about it they tell you to take it down. Not having cameras were children are is very uncomfortable and unprofessional. There has been several children that have been attacked scratches and bites on them the child care was unprofessional.
