Not a big fan, my daughter attended daycare here for almost two years. She started in the toddler room and moved downstairs’ to the preschool room. At first all seemed fine, and they seemed to want to help my daughter work through her issues and problems, they gave me positive feedback saying “she is making great improvements” than my daughter went into Mr. Patrick’s classroom this is when things took a turn for the worst. She was coming home with her butt not wiped multiple times, she was begging me not to go to school, she had hard time at drop off. I notice very early on, Mr. Patrick was not very kind to her, he never smiled at her, he never gave her any compliments, he never comforted her when she cried. I did see Mr. Patrick comfort other male children in the classroom. This made me very uncomfortable. Eventually my daughter was acting out so much she had to be moved to another preschool classroom. When she was in Miss. Claudette’s classroom, she become happy again, and she talked about school and wanting to go there. After 5 weeks I saw my child drastically improve. When I called the director Jennifer Benoit out on this she denied that my daughter ever made any improvement (all lies because I have it in an email saying how much she is improving) after all this she decides to email me and tell me that they can only take my child 4 hours a day so take it or leave it with absolutely ZERO notice! I am very upset my this and I do not recommend this place to anyone!
Cannot say enough wonderful things about this childcare. My daughter has been there just about a year and we could not be happier with her care. As an educator myself, these educators go above and beyond every day! They are friendly, attentive and most of all caring. All of the staff are amazing and we are so lucky to have found Small Wonders for our little princess!
Our son Robbie was 2 when he started Small Wonders, this daycare is more like a second home for your child. This is where real friendships are made and learning becomes fun for the kids. Thanks Miss. Jen and Miss. Emily and all the other teachers on staff for making Robbie feel at home while I was stuck working 8 hour days plus a long commute.
We have had two of our children attend small wonders. Jen and the staff are nothing short of amazing. We feel this was the best daycare and preschool for our boys. We will be sad when the day comes for our youngest to go to Kindergarten!
Caring, attentive teachers. The staff makes an effort to build a sense of community. They're also very flexible and will work with you around the peculiarities of your life and schedule. Reasonably priced to boot!
