I've had a wonderful experience with small steps! The staff is incredibly caring, attentive, and professional. Ms. Araceli is wonderful from the very first day, they made us feel comfortable and confident that our child was in safe hands. The facility is clean, well-organized, and filled with fun, educational activities that help the kids grow and learn every day. Communication is excellent we get regular updates, photos, and feedback. Our child comes home happy and excited to go back, which says it all. My child has been attending this daycare for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention they receive every day. The teachers are warm, patient, and truly love what they do. They keep me updated throughout the day with photos and notes, which gives me so much peace of mind. My daughter comes home with bruises we everyday. Emma hits her everyday because BELIEVE ME she tells us. And why would you tell my daughter that your gonna put her outside and an old lady is gonna come pick her up. Believe me she repeats to me and her father everything you have said to her. SHE TRAMATIZED BY THAT. Your evil talking all this non sense about every other daycare when the stuff you were trying to get me to report Ms. Bea daycare for is happening at your daycare. I'm glad I got you on recording. Now let me make my call to CCDS Everyday my daughter comes home her clothes are filthy, hair in her face You'll can't even keep her in a clean manner the way she was dropped of to you in. You'll take the kids outside in 100 degree weather in the mosquito infested area that you have for them to stand in the heat in its not even a play area. All you feed the kids is bean and cheese tacos from the Mexican restaurant next door and little Ceasars pizza real balanced meals for a rising star daycare. Instead of trying to teach my daughter all you did was TRAMATIZE her. Of course all the kids there listen to You'll because they are all the teachers kids. One of your "TEACHERS" is an illegal and ill be sure to report that. The teachers kids can bring tablets and stuffed animals but my daughter couldn't bring ANYTHING BECAUSE YOU TOOK IT FROM HER. YOU EVEN TOOK HER BLANKET AND WATER BOTTLE FROM HER JUST TO BE SPITEFUL. I have nothing else to say. That you for your overpaid service. God Sees ALL
Kids have been going here for a good min ,kiddos love best daycare for real. Staff always on the kids keeping them busy whit their field trips 😊.n love the app shows everything you kids have been doing during the day .
Just wanted to wish miss Aracely & the staff a wonderful new academic year!!! I’m very very thankful for yall, this is our 10th year coming back! Kids are excited to get back into our yearly routine, school & daycare after school :)
