Very unprofessional and do not recommend. The director at the infant house on 1 Malcom drive is very emotionally immature. I picked my daughter up on her first day and the lady who was taking care of her put her in a seat that was put on a mode for a three month old baby. My daughter also was over the weight limit for this seat and it took me and the worker to take her out of the seat. They put my daughter in an unsafe situation. I stated to the assistant director I am highly disappointed in the position my daughter was in when I picked her up. The assistant director relayed that to the director who is the daughter of the woman who was watching my child. The director called my phone 3 times in a row 2 times within the same minute. They did not attempt to leave a voicemail. Very unprofessional. I called the number back and the director asked me numerous times what was the issue and I stated multiple times I was disappointed to see how my daughter was when I picked her up. She attempted to tell me I was wrong because I am a new mother and I don’t know what I’m talking about. I asked her to give me a few minutes to get into my apartment with my daughter as I was almost home in the car driving. She stated no I’m not gonna sit around my phone and wait on you all day. I stated please let me- and boom she hung the phone up on me. My fiancé then proceeded to attempt to see what was going on due to the fact he was at work at the time of the incident. The director stated to us with emphasis that this is her program and no one is ever gonna tell her how to run it. This is also not the owner of small miracles. I would never put my child in a position again to be taken care of by a grown woman who has no phone etiquette, any type of professionalism, or would rather make TikTok’s in the daycare center of these babies she is supposed to be watching. If I could give this negative 1000 stars I would. All of this could have been avoided with an apology and an “it won’t happen again”. Missy Beecham my family and I send our prayers to you.
