This daycare is absolutely the most fraudulent and unprofessional setting I have ever witnessed. Let’s start with the fact that the director Kayla is a horrible individual. I witnessed her have a quite rude and snarky attitude and didn’t even introduce herself) . Also let’s not fail to mention how you can hear a teacher being very rude and hard on one of the class. Did I also fail to mention that the place is crawling with roaches and the kids have literally killed them. This is not only unsanitary but just darn nasty. If negative stars was an option they would have em at least from me. I’m surprised state hasn’t got involved with this yet. If you want your child to attend a place where they get spoken to crazy, are expected to be able to clean themselves 100%( how efficient can a 3 year old at wiping themselves, changing their clothes, hello hygiene in general), and just don’t have great enough care this is definitely the place for you. I WOULD NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER WOULD SUBJECT MY CHILD TO UTTERLY MESS. They need to check the attitudes and find the sense needed to get this disgrace of a facility together. Got the nerve to call themselves a Christian academy; ain’t nothing Christian about that place but the name.

I wish they had a 0 star option. Booked an event for May but paid deposit early March. The manager Kayla even checked the books and stated that she had a few inquiries but no one paid. I left work early and paid I should've used sense then because whil2 doing walk through I was sorta rushed. From March to May I communicated a few times asking about the tables and chairs. Also was advised that my 2nd portion of payment was not due until the day of event but then that changed when I called to confirm I was advised it's due still 2 weeks before the event. No problem I sent a zelle. So Thursday and Friday I called to check in NO REPLY called Saturday the day before my event she was at a ceremony and advised me to text. I text to confirm everything no response for nearly 7 hours 🙃. Then she advised me the time to meet her Sunday. Sunday morning I get a text asking how many chairs is needed at 8am. I responded immediately. She stated to meet her at 10am so at 9:45am I advised her to let me know when she ready cause I'm only .5 miles away. This lady responded huh your grandma already here. And I advised i don't have a grandmother she then called me. Make a long story short she claimed she thought another family had been communicating for ME I asked her did they ever say my name she then changed story to they paid in February after she asked me did I send a zelle a few hours ago 😆 🤣 😂. She cancelled my booking 4hrs before it was due to start with no remorse. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL 0 STARS FOR YOU GUYS.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. The directors isn’t professional at all. I called for 2 weeks left messages and everything. when I finally got through to someone about availability they said they had availability in 2 weeks. I call back in two weeks and had my caps ready. Now I just called and there’s no space so I have to back track and change the school!!! A whole nother hassle and inconvenience!!! I’m so upset. Being a single parent is hard already and finding child care is even harder. Don’t waste your time. They don’t answer the phone!!!

I had to learn the hard way that this is not the place to bring the kids that you love for care. The center has too many children and the employees could care less about them. This place deserves no stars. But if you just want a place to leave your kids and could give less than a damn about how they are treated this is the place for you. CHRISTIAN THEY ARE NOT!

I love hosting all A Star Studded Affair events here..you have a full kitchen it comes with table and chairs..You have time to set up no fee..God has really bless us with this nice event Center.
