Goes through your belongings without your permission and lie about the 7 day policy they don’t care about you tryna make a living for your child they will go through your stuff without your permission , Lie about everything they said on the beginning, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE
I stayed here last year , you will be walking on eggshells ... Your mental health ? Doesn't matter here at all .. yes it's nice because it gives you one less thing to stress about however a hotel treated me far better . My son left a toilet unflushed they came and inspected my apartment and kicked us out for it .. my two strikes before that ? I was told I was allowed to work a night shift by my case worker then later was told by the director Jackie I wasn't allowed ..they gave me TWO STRIKES FOR TRYING TO PROVIDE FOR MY CHILDREN . I won't donate here although I'm doing excellent now I won't sponsor anything or anyone nor will I support any of it's "charities" because the way the general public is treated here is trash especially the people who are seeking help .
My sister stayed here. They led her to believe that they would help her and fed her a bunch of lies. If I could give them Zero stars I would !! They upheld nothing they said they would. And kicked her out with her two children one being a newborn in the middle of winter with absolutely nowhere to go because they claimed her holding them accountable and advocating for herself meant that she must have had another place to go with absolutely no proof of that and again she absolutely didnt have any other options which is why she was seeking help in the first place. If you are looking for a place that will just string you along then this is definitely the place for you and the new director they appointed needs to definitely be looked into!!
VERY EXTREMELY HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. They not only make you PAY to live here (which defeats the purpose), but you can be having a bad day and give the slightest attitude and you will be kicked to the curb! If I can rate 0 stars and still write a review I would. The whole facility needs to be shut down!
Worst experience ever got kicked out after a week only of being there for an empty wine bottle that was OLD ! They didn’t care that we would be homeless after with nowhere to go in winter cold .
