My son has been going to this school for about 4 years. Unfortunately, I am sad that he will be graduating this June and going into public school. The teacher's here are well trained and know the parents and the students very well. Some of the staff have been there with the school for over 15 years. So this tells a lot of about the culture. They have a very strong curriculum and mix fun and education together. My son was learning a lot of things that will help him exceed public school but the way it was taught, it was more of a fun activity than a rigorous schedule. I would recommend anyone to try this school out and it was the best thing for our Joshua.
I totally trust my toddler with Roshi and the team at Simi Valley Montessori on Sinaloa. Since enrolling my daughter at the preschool (and previously the infant day care) nearly 18 months ago, I've seen her blossom under the care and directed learning of energetic and warm instructors. My daughter is getting critical social time, learning with stories and songs, and using her hands to build, draw and create. The teachers are patient, understanding and helpful — not just with the kids but sometimes with us parents, too! I'm grateful to be able to have peace of mind while I'm at work and my daughter is engaged in positive learning experiences here at Simi Valley Montessori School.
Simi Valley Montessori is one of the best school and day care facility in Simi Valley. My both kids went to Montessori on Erringer and also to Sinaloa facility. Teachers at both facilities are excellent in providing care, teaching discipline, creating interest towards learning, exploring kids ideas, getting the kids ready for Public School. Both facilities are fully equipped with all tools, toys, puzzles, books, play ground, cabbies, microwave, refrigerator, rest rooms needed for kids. My kids stood top on the public school they went and disciplined at home.
This preschool is fabulous! Both my kids went here from newborn until kinder. My kids loved all of their teachers and truly formed a deep bond with them. I loved knowing that my kids were in great care while I was at work and never had to worry if they weren't getting enough love, activity or education.
Two kiddos went here for ~2 years; we felt very lucky to have found this school. Great value and great program for growing toddlers. Kiddo made great friends while here and we knew the teachers cared deeply for our children. Moved to another area is only reason we aren’t at this school anymore.
