THIS CENTER DESERVES A NEGATIVE RATING!! NOT EVEN 1 STAR! As a childcare worker with 8 years of experience. This is by far one of the worst day care centers in Valenica County. The center was under penalty of CYFD for operating their center with no running water in 2023 when my children attended there. My daughter was forgotten outside on the playground in the middle of summer. When we picked her up, she was flushed and dehydrated and the staff told us it was her fault because she was too busy collecting leaves.. When my daughter supposedly graduated from their prek program, they didn't have a set date or time or even a cap and gown for photos. We provided the center with a cap and gown for the ceremony. We were assured that my daughter was enrolled and graduating with other kids. We showed up with family and roses on 3 separate occasions to be told that the ceremony was again rescheduled.. Lo and behold, there was never a prek class, my daughter was never set to graduate. It turned out to all be a lie. It never happened. Rose, the owner, gave me lie after lie. She provided excuse after excuse as to why there was absolutely no structure or safety procedures in her center. Lisa, who is one of her staff is a foul and hateful woman. She alone has caused severe trauma to both of my children. Now, every time we travel down Los Lentes or go to the Mc. Donalds here in town, my daughter starts freaking out thinking that she has to go back to this place. DO NOT BRING YOUR PRECIOUS BABIES HERE!!!!! If I could give it a negative rating it would be -4. I am honestly surprised by the miniscule standards you all allow your children to be cared for. I am surprised our state policies have allowed this place to remain in business.
My kids love going here! They always run inside when dropped off and when I pick them up they are always having fun. The staff is great with the kids that when we even see them at public places in the community my kids get so excited to see them. The daycare director Rose is the sweetest lady and really loves the kids like her own . This is a wonderful place where kids are well taken care of and have their needs met on a daily basis.
I cannot begin to describe how thankful I am for the staff at this daycare. They have become like a family to me and my boys. I go to work at peace knowing my boys are safe and well taken care of. My kiddos love it there! I would absolutely recommend this daycare.
Worst place ever for children. Way understaffed. They allow older kids to hang out, staff screams at the children. The daycare is not kept at cool temperatures. Staff denies kids snacks and then states the kids voted to watch a movie instead. Those poor babies.
When I was in need of child care I stoped in at Building Dreams, the first day I walked into this building the staff made me feel like home and part of there family. There friendly and I feel my kids are in a safe environment and can leave my kiddos here without worry because I know it’s a safe place. Thank you guys so much!
