my kids been going here since they both were babies my oldest is now 6 and my youngest is 4. they treat them like their own kids! i love them! and i’m so thankful for them especially Ms Casuandra and Ms Shanda!
I love this place the owner is very accomadating and my daughter loves her teacher and the after school staff. Its amazing how people leave such negative comments after having a falling out with the facility but not while utilizing the services provided to then. Most moms up here are welfare mothers that received free childcare commenting after having not been accommodated to their standards. Could use some renovations but overall an excellent program.
I have a 7 month old . She is a lot of work . The very first day we arrive the staff was very attentive and patient with me and my daughter. I was unaware that my baby has cradle cap and the director advise me for several ways to take care of this issue. Needless to say it worked!!! I thank them and they really do care about the children .!!!!
I love my job...for the most part we are building something totally different and much stronger. Never give up on kids they will teach you things that you have trouble with teaching them...ive been working in the field for 10 yrs...excuse my french ( ill be darn) if anybody come between my class,the babies,the toddlers,staff we always handle our situation accordingly...I LOVE SHINING STARS ACADEMY...WE 🎸 ROCK!!!!!!!!!
Very unorganized and unprofessional. The lady that runs the daycare is always “unavailable”... They loose your kids belongings and don’t even try to find it. They have workers there that were high some morning when I came to drop my children off. The workers and teachers there all sit in that office and gossip about all the children guardians. I’ve walked in and witness this myself a few times. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE children to this place.
