After reading the reviews, I was very hesitant. With that being said I decided to transfer my son (2 months old) to this center after an in-home didn’t meet our needs. He has been attending Shea’s for a week now and it has been wonderful! The room is always clean, his teachers are nice and are receptive to my wants for my son. They do everything I ask of them and go above and beyond for him. They have made it easier for me to go back to work and I have peace of mind knowing he is being well cared for. I like that I am able to communicate with them directly through the app and get updates and photos when I want them. The lines of communication are always open and his teachers are great at accepting suggestions when it comes to figuring out what works best for him. I couldn’t be happier with our choice to join this center!
Suffice to say I'd rather eat the cost of her last week of care and start my child at a new facility then take her back here. I don't pay people to talk at me like they think they are my mother. I am an adult who can participate in a conversation, I certainly don't need to be lectured. Extraordinarily poor customer service from the owner. Their no smoking policy is a joke, I've smelled multiple employees who absolutely reek of smoke. Constant turnover in care staff speaks for itself. I wish that I could give the management of this facility zero stars, unfortunately that is not an option so one star will have to do. I should have listened to the previous reviews. Please don't take your child to this facility.
My daughter attended Shea's from the time she was an infant until she was old enough to attend preschool. The facility was always clean, the staff was always friendly with us, and my daughter enjoyed her time there. We would not hesitate to recommend Shea's to others and we would use them again ourselves.
They don’t pay there employees and refuse to give paychecks out and they take hours off thinking you won’t notice of you’re checks
