Severn Christian Early Learning Center

My husbands family has been attending Church here for years. One day my husband decided to attend a service with our son to scout it out. The next weekend I also attended with with our daughters as well as a dear friend and her two children. This Church is a perfect fit for our family. They also have a program for new members where you can start your journey with them! You learn what they are all about. It’s nice to meet other people and get to know everyone, because it really feels like one big family that welcomes anyone with open arms. I would highly recommend SCC!

I was a member to another larger Church, but wanted to find a church that was smaller and felt more personal. A friend recommended this church I tried it out everyone was very friendly and when I filled out the info card the pastor reached out to me and met with me personally. It was so nice to feel accepted and valued. The pastor is awesome. He is funny, kind, knowledgable and makes the service a real joy to attend!Big enough church to feel a great sense of belonging and ability to meet great people, yet small enough to be intimate and not feel luke just another person. Love the preachers and staff, they genuinely care about people and our local community. I was welcomed right away by others. So much so that I brought several people who weren't sure about attending any church at all and they loved it too! <3 highly recommend. I'm single and when I move I get nervous about finding a new church and going alone; however, I didn't feel anxious at all and there seems to be a good portion of other individuals who are also by themselves which is nice!

I cannot say enough about this beautiful church of Christ and its excellent leadership. The truth is always preached here, with no subject off limits. I would still be a lost soul headed for spiritual death and eternal separation from God had I not been introduced to Severn Christian Church and been baptized into Christ. I praise God for leading me here and for helping me to understand His salvation plan. There are so many places to serve and the staff and people are very pleasant and friendly. Its a beautiful family-friendly church. My grandbabies love coming to Sunday school and attending Kids Connect!

My family left another church to come to SCC so that my children could have a positive experience in a family oriented church. It has been about 15 months since we started our journey at SCC and I can honestly say that I am beyond happy with the decision to come here. This is a church full of love. All I know is my kids are loved and cared for by all and most importantly respected. Just come give it a try you wont be disappointed.
