The facility is located in a complex with significant maintenance issues, safety concerns, and neighborhood problems that affect the daycare experience.
The panty is huge and there is plenty of storage along with nice sized rooms the complex is fairly quiet but only been here a week
I live here and have had numerous problems. It's like the more respectful you are, they treat you awful and the more disrespectful you are, they cater. There are so many things wrong. We were just told that if we don't like the loud blasting music through our walls. Then we can move. How and we have dealt with this for 5 years. I'm praying that we get our section 8 voucher because soon as we do . We will gladly leave. Shra do better.
Although Matina Vista Townhomes have alot of history with a bad reputation people are still taking chances and move into these units anyway and they also have a good reputation because otherwise some of the residents wouldn't be here for a life time and they must see some kind of potential in the upper Land Park area in the Marina Vista. It's really sad that the residences here have to live in fear because some of the residents never come outside of their units unless they're going to work, walking there dog π or something else like going to some type of appointment, and when you see someone come outside for the first time and you would probably think that they've barely moved into the unit. Although they city of Sacramento SHRA have received 2.4 million dollar π΅ for improvement on making Marina Vista Townhomes and Elder Grove in upper Land Park it's not making too much of a difference π because the criminals are still commiting crimes and what must be done for everyones safety us the residents and the managers office and the staff really seriously should have 24/7 security and for the residents to be careful with who they invite into their house because a lot of the time it's outsiders that don't live in these units that are killing off each other and it doesn't solve nothing. I seriously believe that both Marina Vista and Elder Grove are cursed and there's many of y'all would say no way they can't be true
The child care center is in the back area, so you have to drive around half a block to get to it, the roads are small with large potholes you have to dodge, in the no parking areas and the grassy areas along side of the road are filled with parked cars, the dumpster cans are pulled out in the road, because even the waste management company don't care, trash on the roads more than in the dumpsters along with people shopping for used trash, animals running around that look at you like, What! The area is a mess during the short times I go thru there!, the housing office is on site, and by the looks of the area these housing staff don't seem to care or turn a blind eye, I see the housing maintenance vans but I guess they're to busy to care. SHRA should be on things like this, this is one of their neglected properties π out of site out of mind attitudes, SHRA πthis is a big agency so they should have more than a few employeesπ€
I got a lawsuit crackin wit this place these apartments is gonna be in debt with eighty bands in a few months
