These apartments are full of mold especially you live on the first floor. The management try to do something about it but still the mold returns. One of the neighbors has sued and won against these apartments. Yeah the price is lovely but my children's health is more important than inexpensive rent.
BEEN HERE OVER 10 YEAR AND THE PROPERY MANAGERS ARE TRASH THEY HAVE A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE PROBLEM AND DONT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY TALK TO PEOPLE. EVERY SENTENCE THAT COMES OUT OF THERE MOUTH IS AN ATTITUDE, THEY ARE VERY UNAPPROCHABLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
this is more than a month i called the new manager and even went to the office to complain about rats that runs around and chewing the wires of the cars but she didn’t even want to listen
The receptionist sounded very upset that I called and told me that they have a 3 YEAR waiting list. .. don't call, it'll ruin your day.
