Sesame Flyers did a great job. This organization is well organized, full of good energy and people. Always appreciate the way they keep the tradition going and the community together and safe.

This place is very unprofessional! No one knows how to communicate & handle business. No one answers emails & phone calls. People shouldn't have to chase you down to respond to emails & phone calls. They made a mistake on their end & failed to follow up. What kind of business is this? I could give zero stars if that were an option.

Horrible!!!! These people are unprofessional as ever and make promises that they refuse to uphold! My children attended summer camp here and they sold us the ultimate dream at Orientation about all the services and trips they offered in addition to the kids being able to play kiddie mas at the end of summer FOR FREE...yet my kids spent countless days cooped up in a hot school with no cold water and in a school yard with undertrained staff. I found myself arguing with the man who constantly slept at the front desk upon entry....and to top it off at the end of the summer my kids were not allowed to get costumes for mas as promised. We were pushed to the side and disregarded because they wanted us to pay $300 for feathers after we were illicitly guaranteed free costumes!!!!! Will not be recommending this palce to anyone. Sesame Please do better with your consumers. The entire experience from start to finish was horrible!!!!

Where is the zero stars option? This was my first and last time playing mas with sesame flyers simply because they made most people's experience horrible. I wish I had known how disrespectful and unorganized they are to their customers before playing with them. The costumes still weren't made the night before. They had security at the door of the mas camp and wouldn't let people come in or talk to a manager to find out about their costumes. They had us standing outside from 7pm to 5 am in the morning. Some people were even there since 1pm. Nobody came out to apologize, or offer a discount for their lack of preparation. Not only were they unprofessional, but they had the nerve to get an attitude with customers who had been waiting there for the whole day! When I finally got inside, the staff could care less that I was waiting there til 5am to get a simple backline costume. One girl was in tears because she paid for a $400 costume and they weren't able to give her parts of her costume bc they "ran out". They were clearly taking care of their friends and models before the paying customers. On top of that, the only communication they had was though instagram posts. They assured us that we would know the costume distribution schedule a few days before the parade but failed to do so. They literally gave us no information about when to pick up costumes. We had to just randomly show up and hope that we would be blessed with their service. There were many angry/disappointed customers commenting on their instagram posts but they disabled all comments so that they wouldn't look bad despite their horrible service. NEVER AGAIN will I put myself through something that should've been an enjoyable experience. They do not care about their customers at all. They only care about their friends and themselves. Next yr I will just pay the extra $ and play w/ any other mas camp besides them!

I paid $725 for my costume and it was falling off on the parkway. No food or water from the trucks they were giving to people without costumes And security was super rude I will never play with sesa.r flyers again
