I searched and searched for a daycare for my daughter, and found it very daunting. Until i ran into Serendipity. The owner was more thn pleasant, helpful and willing to explain every violation I asked about along with proof of her exlanation. She was warm, she was compassionate to me being a first time mom and all the reservation that come along with that. She suggested i bring my daughter in to see how the staff interact with her and was just more than gracious. Her staff, while some appered younger than i expected, were beyond helpful, supportive and professional. Anything I asked or said I wanted done for my daughter, they did. I dont have one complaint about Serendipity. I love this daycare, and so does my daughter.
The staff here is amazing, the director is not. I pulled my kid out of here for a reason, there is a for sale sign out front and a few months ago she told us and another family that she is closing. The staff on the other hand helped my child and are very professional. The director today was slandering a worker and other staff in the place. Very unprofessional.
