I would give them 10 stars if I could! We absolutely love crossroads headstart! ALL the staff is just simply amazing! From the kind and friendly faces up front, to the hard working cooks, to the most caring wonderful teachers! I'm beyond greatful for them all!
3/3 of my kids have went to Crossroads and our 4th baby will go here as well. We have loved the experience of early head start. When my first baby started going here I was a fresh- 18 year old mom and they have helped me grow into the 25 year old- 3 time mom I am today with the exceptional child care they provide my babies. I never have to worry about them throughout the day after drop off because I know they are in the best hands. Ratios are kept low to ensure good care can be provided and that bonding can happen between kids/teachers! Meals are provided, diapers and wipes, etc. are all provided and the extended day is very affordable if you need it especially compared to traditional daycare rates. Every teacher we encounter at drop off/pickup knows my babies regardless of not being the teacher for their room. Many teachers and other staff have worked there for years and years so it is nice to see friendly/familiar faces rather than a revolving door of people that you may find elsewhere. If I wrote out all of the pros of this program this review could be 5 pages long! If I could change anything it would be for them to stay open longer to better accommodate parents with a traditional 8-5 or 9-5 schedule.
From the moment I went in to enroll my little guy I knew it was the right fit. His teachers have done so much for him!!
