The worst daycare possible, the owner Tiffany Ramos is very rude, and disrespectful. She allows her feelings to get in the way of her business and is not business minded nor is she professional, but young minded. She has no idea what goes on in the center, my child 9yr was sick with fever and I didn't receive a phone call nor did any action was taking place at the center. That is only one thing. The second thing ,she has childern in the hot building without no air in 100 degree weather, And again didn't inform the parents. The third thing my 2yr old is lactose intolerant, she was giving the proper information, from the doctors to request that, no dairy products be served to my son. Tiffany Ramos, cannot keep staff and has changed staff numerous times and forget to inform the new staff each time, Of the childern needs. my son has been to the hospital due to the sickness of the daycare giving him dairy products, when they had specific directions not too. Please do not put your childern at risk in the care of the owner Tiffany Ramos - scribble and giggles.

I would recommend Scribbles & Giggles to all of my family & friends. I was in desperate need of childcare, and the director provided a slot for my child within a days notice and more than willing to accommodate my needs. The staff is very attentive and the facility is structured and secure.
