These people are very unhelpful told me to go to asset management office and no one answered CALLED AND CALLED!! this place is a JOKE
They let landlords get away with having their tenants without heat. I've called several times and they just don't care. Spoke to Shawna Moore about it she said she'd call me back that was over a month ago. Maybe contacting legal aide or 19 action news might get their asses in gear to do the right thing. My sister in law used to work there and she said there's lots of scandalous stuff going on at the SMHA office.
These people suck, they do not answer my call. They lied to me and said that my application was erased when I no, it's not. And they refused to see me

More of a public housing slum Lord manager would not understand to fix the buildings up to codes lot of building codes being let go of.
