Miss Tykesha Lawrence and her team are the BEST. They went over and BEYOND. I went there to the office in September to inquire about any apartment vacancies, the next thing I know I was asked if I could bring $66 or $68 money order for an application fee the next Wednesday. I did just that and, filled out a bunch of paperwork. Then the next week after all of the background and credit check I was asked if I could bring in my deposit ASAP, I said "yes". Everything happened so quickly, I was surprised. My former landlord thought I was trying to jump ship on her. That was truly impressive for such promtness. They were still in process of renovating my apartment, so I had to wait a little, but that was "OK". Anything worth having is worth waiting for. Thank you SOO much!
Don’t move here if you don’t want to inhale MOLD..the mold is so bad out there .when I first moved in they gave me an apartment with dirty carpet . 6 months into my apartment my air broke it took them 3 months to fix that then my dish washer went out they never came to fix it . When the maintenance man came to fix the air he notice I had Mold growth in my utility closet .when I tell you the whole closet where the hot water heater sits was filled up with mole all on the wall. They put in a work order then couple days later marked it completed.no one ever came to fix it I reported to the office she said someone would be out to fix it still no one came . They want rent money faithfully but don’t want to fix anything make sure y'all look into y’all’s portals online and see that they do not mark anything completed that they did not complete they good at doing that . Those apartments are full of mole all they do is bleach it and paint over it so when you move in you don’t see the mole .Then be having attitudes because they patch up things then have to fix it again . and why is the deposit so high and it’s low income .$800 is insane . Also they raise the rent :100 every year .
