Sandy'S Kinderland

I had a very disappointing experience with Sandy’s Kinderland. My son was enrolled there for 2½ years, and during that time I paid tuition faithfully along with a security deposit and registration fee at enrollment. The contract clearly states that the deposit is meant to either cover delinquent tuition, guarantee space, or be applied to the final two weeks of enrollment. On July 30, I gave 15 days’ written notice that my child’s last day would be August 14, and I also paid separately for those final two weeks of care. Despite this, now two months later, the daycare has refused to return my deposit, claiming that because I did not give 45 days’ notice, they are entitled to keep it. This is very unfair. The wording in their own agreement only says the deposit will not be credited without 45 days’ notice — it does not say it automatically becomes non-refundable in every case. In my situation, I effectively paid twice for the same two weeks, which no parent should have to do, especially after entrusting them with my child for over two years. Parents should be extremely cautious about their policies. I recommend asking very detailed questions about deposits and termination rules before enrolling. In my experience, the deposit policy was not applied in good faith.

When the warm season started, my kid became very hot because, in my opinion, the AC wasn’t good or didn’t have any, and there wasn’t much protection from the heat during my kid experience

I can say I’m soo happy I brought both my kids here! I was stress looking for a good daycare/school. My daughter loves this school! I was even more stress about my 6 month baby! I have never put my kids on a daycare till now but I had to go back to work! . My daughter comes home showing me everything she learns! She actually likes this school compare to the one before! I love the activities they do for the kids!! My baby is always happy when I pick him up ! Haven’t had any issues. They actually take good care of both my babies

Both of my children love Sandy’s Kinderland. They have improved dramatically not only in his studies but also in his overall health. I like the fact that the teachers and staff are very caring. The whole curriculum is great. Thank you to all staff for the excellent care you have provided for my children for more than 5 years.

My daughter has been attending this daycare for about 9 months now and it has been nothing but wonderful for her. She went in at 20 months, barely speaking and a little behind on her knowledge and development. While being a student here, her vocabulary and knowledge expanded tremendously. She knows so much and I could not be more proud of how far she has come. I thank the teachers in this school for helping my child achieve so much in such little time!
