I wouldn't recommend my dog to this daycare!! My son's first day was a nightmare for me, him and his school. Sept. 4th, I paid the daycare 35$ application fee and 70$ for the week to pick my son up after school. That after noon I get a call on my job from the mean, rude unprofessional director. She called me like she was angry with me that my son was not out there and they waited, but the driver needed to leave and sltay on schedule. I said, did you call the school and she said we don't do that. I said I'll call and you have the bus go back after the last pickup (which is not far). She refused. I called the school and they called the daycare and they refused to come back and get my son. So, Grays Creek Middle School sympathized with me and the social worker dropped my son off, at this so called daycare. Sandy Ridge did not render services for which they were paid and was extremely rude on top of that. The daycare didn't know if my son was kidnapped or anything because they refused to communicate with the school. Sandy Ridge did not do anything illegal because I checked with the state, but they were very unethical. I have two recommr endations. First, always check the reviews. Second, take your kids to Pampers, Hugs and Loves where all of your childcare needs will be met by the director Mrs. Kim McAllister. So, if you are looking for a loving daycare, skip Sandy Ridge, because they will not collaborate with the school nor work with the parents in a respectful and professional manner. Thank you!!

Worst childcare I have ever had for my children. I pulled the kids out of there. They do not teach the children with the exception of a few ladies that are great with the kids. The management staff are rude, ghetto and approach you in a very unprofessional way. I wouldn't even give a star if that was an option. Parents beware!!!

After 3 months we are finally pulling our two year old out of this place, we tried to overlook our son coming home with painful rashes quite a few times. But yesterday was the final straw when I caught one of the staff members yanking on my two year old's arm and screaming at him, she had no idea I was there but did this in front of other staff members. This tells me it's a common thing and she wasn't worried about them seeing her do this, after they saw me standing there they all went quite and started talking very nicely to me. I don't feel safe leaving my child here anymore and would warn parents that do to stop in randomly and go check on your children. I believe the lady that was watching over my child in her classroom should not be working there after watching how she roughly treated my child and wonder how she is when alone with the kids by herself and not with other staff members. The few times I spoke with her she didn't seem to be mentally competent to be left along with any children.

Both my nieces (who are now grown) and my 2 kids attended here. I can not recommend them enough for the excellent care they provide the children.

I love having my daughter at this daycare. She learns so much and always loves going to school.
