My daughter was at the facility for almost a month and there were several incidents to where she would come home with scratches and other marks on her. I would call twice a day to check on her and they assured me she was fine to only find out when she got picked up that she had "fell over a toy" or they also claimed that she came in with the scratches and busted nose but she did not have them when she was dropped off. I understand kids have accidents but when you try to hide the fact that something happened to my child is very unprofessional and unsettling. Also, it is very understaffed and teachers are pulled from other rooms to give the illusion that they meet the requirements but do not. Also, receipts are written on post it notes instead of an actual receipt book. I was deeply unsatisfied with this daycare and will not recommend to anyone.
The staff is wonderful!! I would give five stars to them. The owner on the other hand is unprofessional. Will increase the tuition without notice.
