Financial aid area, the one unprofessional employee wearing her pajamas and with her best grinchy attitude, not in a good manner but in a "I hate this job, so whatever." Why did yall hired her? Or is that what y'all call community service.. or volunteer work 🤔 Hmm.. I bet my cat can do better job. 🤭

I had a virtual appointment with Barron Acenet. We had problems with signal but I did show her my ID. She said to leave the meeting and sign in again. So I did that. But I was not able to connect with her again. So I received a message from her saying " that we already lost time and I need to make another appointment". That easy for them to not do their job. It was an appointment for 30 mins and we lost 10 mins not a reason to cancel. Also I was hearing and seeing her very well. It was her who was saying that she couldn't see me or hear me well. I just needed to get help to register from a class that was all that wouldn't take too much time for them to do it. She even't try to call me to do it by phone how other times advisors did when there is problems with signal. So I went in person that way there were no issues with " signal " but they take at least one to two hours to get with them. No matter there are not too many students waiting. My son is about to graduate this year from high School. We received some emails from San Jac to get enrolled with them. But of course not that not going to happen after these issues with that college and that experience with that advisor. He has taken dual credit with Lone Star College, also talked to advisors over there and we have never had any issues in two years with Lone Star College. The wait time is longer just to talk with advisors. I recommend Lone Start College

I went today to speak to both Admissions and Financial Aid and let me say this rating does not reflect on the welcoming center nor admissions, only financial aid. Alayja (i believe that’s how you spell it) in Admissions wad super sweet and helpful but Clara Galicia in financial aid was by far the worst, most rude, unprofessional and condescending person I have came across in years. She was very short and would not let me finish my questions and cut me off any chance she could. It’s obvious she hates her life so she should be fired and be replaced with someone who actually has patience, empathy, and professionalism. I will not let her awful behavior intimidate my education plans and I will be going to the central campus since there is many great reviews about them.

Very unprofessional not very helpful nasty attitudes advisor never there little to no information was given about the courses felt like I was being rushed like they didn’t want to talk whole time I was waiting I heard laughing and talking

I’ve been to the Central & South Campus and the people working there are super nice, friendly and helpful and they are close to my home but this North campus is terrible, I called and told them I would be there 1 minute before closing because I had gotten stuck in traffic due to an accident, I only needed to make a payment because the class was starting today but as soon as I walked in they closed the blinds knowing that I had just called and they only needed to take one payment, which would’ve had taken them 2 minutes. Some people can’t do one nice thing for anyone. I regret enrolling for the class there but unfortunately is the only offering it right now even though is 40 minutes away from my house.
