Rats, Bed bugs, and infectious diseases Alert!!!!! I don’t know what this last reviewer experienced, but me and my son caught an infectious disease. Called Typhus ( RTyphi). Which only comes from rats. I have pictures of rodents feces, many other pictures I can post showing evidence of rodents present while living there. Or should I post the 4 test I took showing positive blood tests of this deadly infectious disease. Never was I on drugs. Just had anxiety and depression from being permanently disabled from a car accident a year prior to coming here. Everyone that’s living there is a DMH client now so maybe others may have mental issues hunny , but I’m fine. I got proff baby!!!No one should speak on someone else’s behalf or experience. I know what I experienced and the staff and cooperate does too. Listen be careful to anyone that lives here or goes here. This disease has killed millions of people before. Hopefully that disease isn’t still lingering around there. Just want yall to be aware! This facility is evil and will set you and your family up. Thank God we made it through. Today is Oct 11 25 and I can’t help but remember forever more of the torture and devastation I experienced staying here. I hope God Shows no mercy upon everyone involved on judgement day! I stayed in Salvation Army year 2017 . And I had a good experience staff was nice except the lady who made dinner . There was never rats or bed bugs . Only the ladies on drugs or really mentally out of it would see things and make up lies

We returned to this office after some time has passed since the pandemic. During the most difficult time on society that we have experienced in our lifetime, literally every branch of the government seemed to fall short in the area of assistance ironically at a time when it became necessary for each and every individual to depend on it for dear life. Just like EDD for unemployment, Social Security offices, DMV, DPSS, Housing Authority, and any other phone number we were given to call for any type of assistance were almost inaccessible, so were the numbers to apply for programs that were being offered to help the public during the shut down. For those who were lucky enough to get through, all they would encounter was insufficient assistance from people who were obviously overwhelmed with more than they could handle. In the midst of it all, having to try numbers outside of our area out of desperation led us to this place where we found an angel from heaven. Maria Alvarado, who works at this office of the Salvation Army, was not only willing to help contact the program we needed, assist with internet access, and obtain necessary forms, but actually filled out the application for us. As if that weren't enough, when it became necessary to submit items to complete the process, on multiple occasions, she did that for us as well. We went from two computer challenged seniors who were already being denied funds that we were entitled to (simply because the process was too difficult for us), to our application being approved and being saved from sure financial destruction. Although we thanked Maria profusely throughout, we felt obligated to return and wanted to be absolutely sure she knew the impact her actions had on two people's lives. God bless Maria Alvarado and the Salvation Army..... ♡ ♡

Rats, Rats, Rats, and bed bugs Alert!!!!!!!!!! This Facility located at 12000 Washington Blvd whittier ,CA had my last review removed. SMH. These people don't want to get exposed for what they did to me and my son. Goggle is wrong for removing it. I m telling everyone the truth about what I experienced. What make these people right? Anyone can lie. I guess because they payed you to removed it. What's right is right and what's wrong is wrong. I will keep putting more reviews up. It doesn't bother me. I just want everyone to relize this Facility is in deed infested with Rodents and bed bugs. They will never admit it to you. I am a living witness. I stayed in this facility for several months. While living there I complained of rats in our room. I tried to get them to remove them. They didn't. I told them something infected us while being in that room. Indeed I caught an infectious disease called R Typhi, which only comes from Rats. After addressing that I was infected with something they called DCFS and had my son removed from my care saying I'm crazy. What's sad is you all are suppose to help people. Are you really that cheap to properly exterminate? Throw away torn mattresses. Every mattress in my room had tares in them. Should I post the pictures I have of the torn mattresses? Maybe I should post the picture of the rodent feaces that came from the rat in our room. Like I said Vengeance comes from the Lord. I just want people to be aware of there sourondings. Beware women!!!! Keep yourself and your kids safe. I'm sure they didn't dispose of any of the fruniture in the room I was in. This disease can be airborne or direct contact from the fleas on the rodent itself. This facility only takes DMH clients now. So be careful of the things they will try to do to you. They know what they did. I hope you all burn in hell!!!! This doesn't pertain to the church/worship center located on the property as well. I'm strictly talking about the transitional housing facility. I will need the church to pray for the women and children at the transitional housing facility. God forbid they catch what I caught.

This place is horrible and they are supposed to represent what a Christian is. I'm sure this place makes Salvation Army look badd they belittle and demean grown women and talk to them as if they are kids they don't feed them right as in they are not giving them what is being donated. They have a warehouse full of gift donations not being given to the the kids. They have rodents and bed bugs. Britney and Nelly need their butts kicked. It's a better area with atrocious treatment!!
