Don’t like the daycare center. Not happy with the daycare environment, poorly unorganized school. Communication with the staff is very irritating, poorly and a failure! My child didn’t improve with potty training, her verbal communication didn’t improve much. This is just a daycare center which only supervise the kids- they do not teach much to the kids nor do they follow the DOE curriculum. I even told the school that I am NOT enrolling my next child (son) into the daycare and they kept on messing with my DOE 3K enrollment application online. Beware! This school don’t care about your child nor do they keep your information memorize. I told them my child won’t be present in school next week in advance- then they go harassing me on the phone where is my daughter on that week. BEWARE!-They make their own last minute early release day- which is not fair for working parents. They have no respect for working parents. Like for example: - they be telling parents that today is an early release- please pick up child early like 2:30 if possible so that staff can leave also- That definitely not fair for working parents at all. Overall- this daycare center should receive NO stars! On the school survey- they received my full detail of how much this daycare center is a FAILURE!
This is a great food pantry. Serving the community for many years. They hand out bags of food to individuals who have a Salvation Army membership. You can always apply for one. Charlene Williams and her volunteers do excellent work.
This is the place to go to, if you need help with food, toiletries or maybe needing a coat for the winter. I met the captain and his wife, who are just awesome. They told me that I was always welcome there. Charlene, the social worker, who's in charge of the food program, s very kind, giving and professional. Great staff.
For the most part I value All the benefits of Salvation Army has tp offer. It's really. Common to say again. With generated funding provided with jointed communities preparations & community businesses. There's alot of provisions that can be provided in helping along within contributions towards these jointed communities of Kings County areas. Even with this method can follow within various communities as well. Again strongly creating jobs housing people relations & so much more. Just an suggestion.
Need better staff to look over the kids. Its always fights staff don't help the kids with their homework .if the kids look at the staff the wrong way they get written up. If the kids wear shoes of any kind its a problem. Kids are getting kicked out left &right. Because if kerryann Dont like you're kid she makes up an excuse writing them up.and Out you're kid Go's. I know she is screwing the supervisor. Because when you think you can go to him to make sense out of the situation. He's not trying to hear nothing its her words over EVERYONE else. Even when a incident don't happened in the salvation army. She still puts her two cents in..Needs Better Staff.A.S.A.P. And Plenty of MOTHERS AGREE! JUST COME ASK AROUND.
