How does someone say Thank you! Please allow ME to start by counting the many ways. While in the (NSO Shelter) During the Coronavirus Pandemic you have been gracious enough to allow the NSO to have use of your facility. I really have appreciated knowning that Thank you again. It has kept Me 6ft apart Safe Clean (showers) Provided me with a bed and my own room Lights, Gas, Heat, Water Donated Food Donated Clothes Personal Hygiene Transportation Medical Service But most of all during this most unpredictable time it has allowed me to feel better knowing the Detroit Health Department can check up on Me as well and test All as needed. I wouldn't ever at all recommend that Shelter for anybody at all they are very disrespectful very rude and very unpredictable and not helpful or resourceful and they targeted discriminated misgenderized LGBTQAA people and very much ingerent and don't even care if you have medical problems

Ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful
