Salem Avenue Baptist has been my church for the last year or so of my time in Rolla, and I couldn't recommend a better church, period. Their pastor is excellent and the staff is very considerate and welcoming. I greatly appreciate their balance of traditional and modern worship and services, as I have rarely found a church that can manage to do so like they have.
I can't say enough good about the warm welcome that I received at this church. I have been looking for one for over a year since I moved here to rolla. And I think I have finally found it! The pastor greeted me as well as quite a few of the people at the service and they made me sit with them. :-) I just love the warmth and the welcome that I received as well as the service itself as a whole.
WONDERFUL place to worship. Childcare is trustworthy and Christ centered. Great community involvement through VBS, the car shows, & back to school shoe closet. PLUS, Awana is the BEST!
