Our son kept getting hit by another child in the classroom. I reported it 3 times and after the 3rd time the teachers finally acknowledged this, (the director wasn’t aware until I requested a meeting) saying they saw it and the other child was displaying behavior issues to other students as well. They put a 3rd teacher in the room for a while and things improved. After winter break, our son started completing about the other boy hitting him again. One day he was very descriptive about the boy hitting his fingers. I called the school and was told the boy “only kicked our son by accident, and the boy had hit a different child’s fingers.” I asked if the 3rd teacher was still in the room. They said “no, because the other child showed great improvements.” I stressed this clearly wasn’t the case if our son was complaining about being hit every day and you had just acknowledged that he didn’t only kick our son, but hit another child in the same day. I asked the third teacher be placed back in the room, they refused. I said either remove the violent child from the class or we’ll remove our son. They carelessly said “we respect your decision to take your son out.”
I highly recommend this place my grandchildren both have gone there wonderful step beautiful place
