My 11m in her first day was left to scream and cry with a dirty diaper. At the time of pick up grandma walked in and found a baby screaming. And watched as the owners daughter in law sat near another baby while mine sat for almost 10 minutes crying. At which time the owner was just sitting there waiting grandma picked up my daughter and there was a diaper with poop in ot which had dried to baby. In addition to this the owner said I spoke with her today and she told me about the baby crying which is untrue. I am livid. Baby has severe diaper rash and I will be filing a police report tomorrow.
