Considering This Is A Resource Center For Santa Ana , I Called And Mr "Manny" At Student Center Calls Whom Answered The Phone Sounded Annoyed That I Was Asking For Help, In Regards Of A Transfer Information & Hung Up The Phone On Me After I Asked For His Name. Very Unprofessional. The District Should Hire People That Take Their Job Seriously Specially In A Resource Center ... The Second Time I Called Miss. Hiediliza Quesada Was Very Professional & Helped Me Although She Didn't Know , She Did Her Best To Help Me & Got Me Thru The School For The Deaf For My Child .... I Appreciate You So Much Hiediliza Quesada For The Help & The Rest Of The Front Desk That Has Been Very Friendly And Helpful For A Lost Parent Needing Help. My Call Was Made March 4,2024 @ 9:24 Am & Lasted 1 Minute With Mr "Manny"
