Our daughter started at Royal Oak in their Pre-K program and it’s been a wonderful experience seeing how much she’s grown in just a few weeks. I appreciate so much of the authenticity of the school, kindness of the teachers and staff and overall knowing that our daughter is getting a great education while also having fun and making new friends. She’s always coming home singing different songs that were sung too. The art projects that she brings home are great and also the full day option is super helpful in a dual working home.
Our son started at royal oak this year after we toured many different options for kindergarten and decided this was the best fit. Its more old school and family run so not so much the way of updates by app etc. We are very happy with our experience so far - the full-day care and the affordability and that all meals are included. The teachers take alot of care to help the kids with thier development and trying new foods as well etc. There is a great art program and the kids really enjoy this in particular.
We love Royal Oak! My siblings and I went there as a kid and loved it then, and we love it now for our child. The longer hours are perfect for working parents. Educational curriculum is great and we love the teachers. Lots of learning and playtime with friends. And they provide lunch and snacks which is the best!
My son started attending this school in September. The experience has been amazing. The tour that we got prior to starting with Ms. Smith, directress, was very informative. She walked us through the typical day and had information ready for us. When we toured other schools they were available if you had questions, but being our first child we didn't know what to ask, and they didn't have anything set up to specifically discuss. Since starting my son has enjoyed going so much, that if I get off work early and try to pick him up, he is upset that he is leaving early. He talks about all the things they are learning, comes home with lots of activities that he has completed and is excited about his friends.
My daughter has loved her time at Royal Oak. All of the staff have been pleasant and communicative and we have always felt well informed and supported. She has learned sooo many songs, mastered her letters, and how to count to 100. She also comes home with countless art projects and is always excited to share what she has created and what they did that day in class. I highly recommend this facility for your preschool needs!
