Please be very cautious when considering this daycare. My daughter came home with part of her hair cut off. When I brought this to management’s attention, I was told an investigation would be conducted. After two weeks, and only after I requested an update, I was informed by the office manager that hair and gum had been found and that a teacher had resigned around that time. After more than a month without any resolution or follow-up, and after receiving no response to additional requests for updates, I withdrew my daughter from the daycare. I was then told that no further investigation would be completed because my child was no longer enrolled. No clear explanation or resolution was ever provided. Attached photos show the condition of my daughter’s hair following the incident described above.
I had a very concerning experience with Royal Education Center and would not recommend it to other parents. I did not feel that my children were safe while enrolled here. There were multiple issues that showed a lack of proper supervision and organization, which is extremely worrying for a daycare setting. As a parent, safety and care should be the top priority, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. After what happened, I no longer felt comfortable leaving my children here. I believe parents deserve transparency, proper communication, and a safe environment for their kids, and this place did not meet those expectations. I strongly encourage other parents to do thorough research and trust their instincts when choosing childcare.

I have been with Royal for years now. My kids have all gone there and I would highly recommend. They have years of experience and have a great group of staff. They will become part of your family. Would highly recommend to anyone for any child at every age.
