I left a 1 star review and have seen other 1 star reviews for this child care provider. They appealed my original post and got Google to take it down as well as the other 1 star review posts. I recently noticed it had been taken down and reposted. By the end of the day they had closed the KCCD account by changing the address and name of the business and then creating this new account. So I'm back with my 1 star review and the recommendation that me and a few other parents have all made to not trust KCCD with providing child care. The reasons listed by the parents I have either talked to or read the reviews of all summarize to neglectful treatment of children. And I would also recommend to KCCD management that instead of removing 1 star posts or setting up new profiles, just improve your services and then parents will leave good reviews but your dismissive actions show you aren't willing to make the needed changes to improve your business then in that case you deserve the 1 star reviews you are getting and trying so hard to remove.
