What Parents Say
Rosa's Daycare Center in Newark receives mostly positive reviews praising staff professionalism, child development, and caring environment, particularly highlighting director Ms. Tanya and teachers Ms. Jenny, Ms. Mallory, and others. However, two detailed negative reviews report serious concerns including physical injuries (bite marks and scratches), lack of daily communication about children's activities and eating, and emotional distress causing long-term behavioral issues.
I have 4 out of my 5 kids in this daycare. In my opinion they are great. People tend to forget "KIDS ARE KIDS". I would recomend. Ms. Tanya is just amazing! Her respect and knowledge when addresing you or any issues goes above and beyond.
My daughter has been going to this daycare before the 1st year. Ms. Tanya is an angel and all the other teachers have treated my daughter excellent (Ms. Mallory, Ms Jenny, Ms Ruli, Ms Carolina, Ms Emma...), who, at the age of 3, is very independent, recognizes and reads letters and numbers. Thank you for everything ♡
My daughter has been attending this daycare since she was a little over 6 months. She’s now turning 2 and the amount of growth I’ve seen from her makes me so happy with my decision picking this Daycare. The director always interacts with the parents at the door and she’s always in such a happy mood so are the teachers! My baby brings her art work home weekly and it just shows the amount of effort , patience and time the teachers put in for each child. 10/10 recommend 👍🏻
Worst experience ever. I’ve had my twin daughters attend here and there was always an incident and different excuses. They have come home with bite marks, scratches on their face. Diapers that didn’t belong to my child and my child has sensitive skin and they were only allowed to drink almond milk which I provide and they’ll return my daughters milk gallon still new stating they used another child’s milk that was drinking the same. How was that fair to that parent and I was I to know if they were or weren’t giving my daughters the almond milk. Was never informed how my girls day was at school, what activities were done, how their appetite was, so I never knew if my babies ate or not. As a mother I wanted that peace of mind of leaving my kids at school thinking they are in a loving safe environment. But that wasn’t the case. So sadly I highly don’t recommend any parent to let their child attend here, I provided a picture of 3 bite marks on my daughter hand that happened the same day and apparently within seconds and nobody saw anything.
I honestly feel so safe for my child being under their care, all staffs are respectful & loving. My daughter loves going there & seeing them. They give you such comfort and secure they take well care of your babies. I LOVE SCHOOLDAYS ROCK!
