What Parents Say
Rosa Parks Early Learning Center has received mixed reviews reflecting a significant incident involving staff misconduct toward a neurodivergent child. While some parents praise individual teachers and report positive developmental outcomes for their children, multiple reviews document serious safety concerns and allegations of abuse that have generated widespread concern.
My twins went here for pre-K for the 2024/2025 school year. I was nervous at first given what happened with that awful staff member. However, my son who also has autism absolutely thrived here. His social skills increased tremendously. My daughter learned how to read in a year, her receptive and expressive speech skills increased, as well as her emotional regulation. I could tell their teachers truly cared about them. It felt like family. Thank you to Miss Shonda, Miss Cheri, Miss Burkes and Miss Darlene 💜💜💜 I’m glad this school was their first experience. They truly loved going there.
Your children are not safe here. Why the “adult” who assaulted a neurodivergent toddler was placed on leave instead of being fired is beyond me. Safety and accountability is everything.
My child is level 2 autistic. 8 adults hurt and tortured a non verbal autistic child. Its all on video. This is so wrong. 8 adults!!!!!!!!! Please look up the news reports on this disgusting place.
Teachers cannot handle their job. Videos of them abusing kids and holding them upside down. They need to be held accountable for their teachers actions.
This terrible school needs to be shut down and all the teachers that allow abuse to the children need to be sentenced. They are NOT YOUR children for them to receive such awful treatment.
