What Parents Say
Rogers Infant Center has highly polarized reviews. Positive reviews from parents and grandparents praise the staff, particularly Ms. Pam and Ms. Ashley, for their care and the children's happiness and development. However, multiple negative reviews describe concerning incidents including aggressive staff behavior, physical discipline, inadequate supervision, poor hygiene, and child injuries including bites and bruises.
If you read the reviews of this daycare then you are one of the ones that believes everything you read! All lies! We have had kids and grandkids go here! Very happy each and every day! If some of the things said were true they wouldn’t be open. Thank you guys for doing such a great job!!
I don't have kids that go here and if I did have young kids they definitely would not go here. Today makes the 2nd time I saw this daycare at McDonald's in Easley @ 11 am. One of the employees is extremely mean to the kids. I watched her slap one of their arms really hard because she raised up in the highchair. Last time she was yelling at the kids, telling them to shut up. If she wasn't surrounded by kids,I would have told her off. This place needs to be shut down until that lady is let go. I will be repeating to someone about this. Please parents take your kids out of this place and if you are looking for a center please pick somewhere else.
My child personally doesn’t go here but i seen this child care while me and my son were at the movies and the workers are very aggressive with the kids one of them told the kids to “shut it up” i don’t know it made me feel very uneasy do not send your kids here!
I sent my kids here a few years ago I thought I’d update this review for anyone who’s thinking of sending their kids here! The woman that runs the place is nice if it’s the same woman, a few of the ladies that worked there were pretty cool and my older two kids like them BUT my youngest was in the building across from the main building she was 2 at the time & she came home with bite marks ALL THE TIME the last straw for me was picking her up one day and finding a bruise on her arm that these people tried to tell me came from home !!! NO it was a thumb print!! I made a police report nothing was done about it because it was completely denied of course I snatched my kids right up out of there that day!
My Grand baby goes here. She has really shown improvement in structure and routine. She’s always happy to head that way of a morning and she’s smiling when she comes home.
