Shanna was great with our 15 month old son! We were in town for a week, and we were very grateful to find such great daycare for him while we skied and worked (even on Saturday!). She helped us when we forgot milk, and even got him to nap as well as he does at home!
We absolutely love Rocky Mountain Kids! She is so great to work with and you can tell she cares for our child so much and provides the best quality of care! She is great at communicating to find a schedule that works for her and us. We walk in for pick up and all you see and hear are happy baby's or sleeping baby's. She is always updating the Brightwheel app and providing progress info during the day (feedings, diaper changes, naps etc), my favorite is receiving the fun pictures! It has been so wonderful knowing that our child is in great hands!
Being a first time mom I was absolutely terrified of dropping my little one off(3months old). And that first Drop off was hard, and Shanna knew it would be…But even after just a few hours I instantly felt at ease I was getting updates on my little one and pictures! The big kicker for me was when I went to pick up my little one that first day, Shanna had her asleep and was holding her and rocking her in a chair. Shanna is extremely communicative throughout the day. I know when my little one eats, has a diaper change, goes down and wakes up. She also sends pictures and allows you to stop in to see your little one during the day. I thought I was going to need this but with all the communication I got I didn’t feel the need or urge to stop in... No harsh restrictions of full time care you can do part time and she works with you to figure out a schedule that works best for you. I would 100% without any hesitation recommend Shanna to anyone looking for child care!
My husband and I signed up for 2 days of drop care for my 3 year old while we were hiking the national park. Shanna did a wonderful job. My little one is usually pretty picky about her caregiver but she loved Shanna. We can't be more happy about her care.
We were only in town for a few days, but were struggling to find a safe and fun place for our 20-month old to be during the day while we were skiing. Shanna was highly responsive and was able to fit us in with fairly short notice.
