All staff members are very friendly accommodating and kind and attentive to my 5yo boy's needs. Every staff member will communicate with me if needed which I highly appreciate. It's a big plus that breakfast and lunch is included. I also like that there is an indoor gym and an outdoor pool.
Very unprofessional. Doesn’t know where my child is when either me or my roommate goes to pick him up in the late evenings. The owners avoid conversations that parents need to have with them. The owner is rude and has cussed at me, because when they state “it’s our policy” i ask/ or say “show me the policy.” They wanted to suspend my child for a month for him biting. Which he’s been bit as well and I don’t see those children getting suspended. Plus they are babies (my son is 16 months old) and I don’t expect anyone to be suspended they don’t understand. I even already paid for this month in full and they didn’t want to give me back my money because they said “nci has it.” I will not be taking my child back here ever.
My son has been going here since 2021 and LOVES it! His little brother is about to start attending also. We LOVE the summer program!!
I give you a one star and wish I could do a negative star because you should be closed down and everyone should be in quarantine at this time. You have covid in your building! I know this for a fact because I have family that works for you and she is in the er right now with covid. Her son had symptoms and you made her come to work and bring him. He had covid. You made her come to work on Friday. Have you even told everyone this? They got it from there because you refuse to send sick people home!!! I'm a mother and will report this!!!
Loved the service here!! My kids attended this daycare a year ago and they loved it as well! Great service and price!! Left due to we moved from that area.
