Terrible organization and a sad excuse for a DSS. They won't return calls even if you get through to a voicemail. Investigators share information that they lead you to believe is confidential. They don't keep their paperwork straight. Lastly, the aattituds that the women in this department have are defensive, evasive and inhospitable (if you ever get through to someone). More training and better supervision by the director is a suggested start for change but I have little fail it will happen.
I was yelled at and talked down to by the firt operator and when I finally got to who I needed to talk to she was hateful
Friendly when and "if" they call you back, as they never seem to be available for calls.
